Heavy snowfall in Bashkiria did not prevent suburban train movement

Last day in Bashkiria was marked with heavy snowfalls and blizzards. However, adverse weather conditions did not affect the movement of trains of the Bashkortostan Suburban Passenger Company.

“The movement of suburban trains, despite the snowfall, is carried out in a regular mode, according to the schedule; on some routes, we even notice a slight increase in passenger traffic. Every day, about 20 thousand passengers are transported by trains of Bashkortostan Suburban Passenger Company JSC, the spokesman for this transport organization, Sergey Spatar reports.

The representative of the suburban carrier reminded that the company changes the schedule of suburban trains on the New Year holidays. To improve passenger service during the New Year holidays, the movement of suburban trains of the Bashkortostan Suburban Passenger Company for the period from December 28, 2018, to January 9, 2019, is established as follows:

December 28 – as on working day of Thursday; December 29 – as on working day Friday; December 30, 31, January 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 - as the weekend of Saturday, January 8 - as the weekend of Sunday, January 9 - as the working day of Monday.
