Vladimir Putin showed presidential plane to seriously ill boy from Bashkiria

On December 25, Russian President Vladimir Putin fulfilled the dream of a 15-year-old seriously ill boy from Bashkiria. Arslan Kaipkulov, who is suffering from the primary immunodeficiency of a rare type (when tumors, including malignant ones, appear in the body), visited the presidential IL-96-300 aircraft.
Vladimir Putin organized a tour on board No. 1 and allowed the guy with his mother to take a video on the camera, which the president had handed to the teenager earlier.
“This is the country's most secret aircraft, it’s an honor for me to get on it,” said Arslan after visiting the IL-96-300. “I was impressed most of all by the cockpit where I managed to sit on the chair of the aircraft commander and visited a conference room, a cabin for attendant persons”.
Later, the teenager promises to release a 20-minute video on one of the most popular video hosting sites, according to Interfax.
It is also reported that the teenager from Bashkiria with his mother will stay in Moscow for a few more days for rehabilitation.
The president of the country in the framework of the “Dream with me” project realized the dreams of a girl Veronika, who wanted to see the world of cinema from the inside; Artem, who wanted to see St. Petersburg from a bird's eye view and Regina, who personally interviewed the head of state.
