Radiy Khabirov reprimanded Interim Ecology Minister of Bashkortostan for unresolved situation with quarries

Today, the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov at a briefing session in the Government RB reprimanded the Interim Ecology Minister of Mirhaydar Fatkhullin for the unresolved situation with quarries.

Earlier, the head of the republic instructed to bring matters under control in this area. Recall that in October, Radiy Khabirov visited Trans-Urals area where the natural stone-flagstone was mined illegally in a barbaric way. The ministry was tasked to create an interdepartmental working group with the participation of law enforcement officials, to suspend the issuance and operation of licenses for the extraction of natural stone, to check the validity of work under the existing licenses.

Mirhaydar Fatkhullin presented a report on the work being done. The head of the republic said that it lacked any specific decisions in it.

Radiy Khabirov instructed the new head of the Baymak district administration to join actively in resolving the situation, close all quarries until the things were sorted out in this area, and to reclaim the quarries.
