On December 18, the Acting Head of the republic Radiy Khabirov delivered his first Address to the State Assembly - Kurultay RB at the “Toratau” Congress Hall in Ufa. He mentioned his predecessors.

“I would like to talk about strengthening the tradition of a legitimate and democratic change of power in the republic, respectful attitude to my predecessors, special respect for the older generation”, said Radiy Khabirov. “The first president of Bashkortostan Murtaza Gubaidullovich Rakhimov is in this hall today. During the difficult crucial years, he retained and increased the glory of our republic. I have the deepest respect for him. Thank you, Murtaza Gubaidullovich!
