Ufa City Hall told about festivities in city on New Year's Eve

UFA, 11 December 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Today, at a briefing session at the Ufa City Hall, it was told about the festive events in the city on New Year's Eve.

According to the head of the department of culture and art Islametdin Mambetov, the main celebrations of the New Year will be organized on the square in front of the Russian Drama Theater. After the concert, fireworks will be displayed in Lenin Square at 2 am.

On the eve of New Year celebration cultural institutions will carry out more than 120 celebratory events. From December 21 to January 8, festive New Year performances will take place in all cultural institutions. On December 24, a New-Year Children’s Party of the head of Ufa for gifted children is planned. Winter amusements are traditionally waiting for visitors in the recreation parks of the capital - horseback riding, cross-country skiing, ice shows.
