The teenager has an unusual and complex disease - a primary immunodeficiency of a rare type, with the immune system disorder when tumors, including malignant ones, appear in the body. Arslan is the first child in Russia with such a disorder. The medication costing 250 thousand rubles helps to maintain the immune system. The mother of Arslan Venera through the court actions has ensured that the state provided the medication free of charge but only until the end of the year. It is not known whether the drug will be granted to the patient in the next 2019.

On December 24, we will fly to Moscow for the planned rehabilitation”.
The “Dream With Me” project is included in the “Russia is a Country of Opportunities” campaign, which was launched at the World Youth and Students Festival in Sochi in October 2017 on the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation.
