Representatives of IT companies told about how to reduce the costs of clinics and improve interaction with patients at the IT & Med'2018 Forum.

According to Mango Telecom Product Development Manager Artem Bukhtoyarov, the cloud contact center allows reaching a higher level of quality. This is achieved thanks to a wide range of call management functions, tools for working with missed calls, and personnel monitoring tools.

Cisco Company recommends using a mobile application to interact with patients, which in some cases can replace the registration desks at all. A Wi-Fi network is deploying at a clinic. A patient who is in the zone of its operation can be automatically registered and sent a push-notification specifying the number of the room where he has an appointment”, said Mikhail Pinchukovsky, the company's client relations manager.

According to Mikhail Voronkov, Business Development Director at IBS DataFort, a wide range of innovations is available to clinics today. The decision should be made on the basis of the financial patterns of the clinic and how seamlessly new technologies are integrated into current processes. According to him, today's trend is to transfer the infrastructure tasks to cloud service providers. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the information security policy of companies and the available level of technical support, the expert stressed.

The fifth annual conference IT & Med’2018 was held the day before in Moscow. Its main goal is “e-health care formation”. Health care digitalization has become one of the most high-budget articles of the priority national project in the field of medicine for 2019-2024.
