BSMU Rector Valentin Pavlov is recognized as honorary professor of Harbin Medical University

Valentin Pavlov, the Rector of Bashkir State Medical University (BSMU), Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, is recognized as an honorary professor at Harbin Medical University for his merits in the development of cooperation between the BSMU and the HMU. The co-chairman of the Russian-Chinese Association of Medical Universities, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Yan Baofen presented a document on awarding the title at the 18th Congress of the Russian Society of Urology and the Russian-Chinese Forum on Urology. The events are held in Yekaterinburg.

Valentin Pavlov was awarded for organizing the Health Week of the SCO and BRICS countries in Ufa in 2015, bilateral postgraduate studies at the HMU and BSMU, major international congresses and conferences in the field of urology and other fields of medicine in the Bashkir capital.

Note that this title is given only to outstanding scientists and doctors, in particular, from the USA, Japan, Russia, Korea and other countries who have made a significant contribution to the development of science, medicine, and international cooperation between Harbin Medical University and other countries.
