Terms of maternity capital issuing are reduced from one month to 15 days

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law to halve the time taken to decide on the issue of maternity capital. Thus, the regional Pension Fund should consider an application for the issuance of the maternity capital for not a month, but for 15 days. And the organizations that transfer information about parents to the Pension Fund should respond to requests within five days, and not two weeks, as before.

As Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, since the launching of the program on state support for families with children, 295,000 certificates for maternal (family) capital have been issued in the republic.

Recall that the size of the capital is periodically indexed. In 2019 it will amount to 453 thousand rubles, in 2020 it will grow to 470 thousand, and in 2021 - to 489 thousand rubles. Indexation is included in the draft budget.

Now the amount of the maternity capital is 453,026 rubles in Russia.
