Additionally 1.5 billion rubles will be allocated for social protection in Bashkortostan

The total amount of the “Social Protection of Bashkortostan Population” state program adopted a year ago and calculated until 2020, will amount to 109.5 billion rubles. The Government of the republic today at a meeting of the presidium made changes to the document, having increased the amount of the state program funding by 1.5 billion rubles.

“522.4 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget, 920.5 million rubles - from the republican budget, 30 million rubles state - from extra-budgetary funds, 51.4 million rubles extra- from budgetary sources. As a result, the total amount of financial support for the state program will amount to 109.5 billion rubles”, said the Interim Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection RB, Yuri Melnikov.

The list of target indicators of the state program has also been added. It will also take into account the total birth rate and the proportion of older citizens who are satisfied with the quality of social services provided.
