Young scientists will receive 1 million ruble grants of Head of Republic in Bashkiria

UFA, 19 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov signed a decree "On grants of the Republic of Bashkortostan to young scientists". In accordance with the document, the Academy of Sciences RB announces a launch of the research projects competition of young scientists. Graduate students and candidates of science up to the age of 35 inclusive can take part in it. Each year, 30 grants are provided in the amount of 1 million rubles each: 15 grants for graduate students, 15 for candidates of science.

The deadline for submission of projects is from today until November 18. Projects are submitted to the Academy of Sciences RB located at: 450008, Ufa, Kirov Street 15, office 201 (e-mail: [email protected]), contact numbers: (347) 272-78-46, 272-78-55.

As noted by the regional office of the Russian Union of Young Scientists, the proposed program is a fundamentally new type of promoting the science development in the country.
