11 Uzbekistan citizens were expelled from Bashkiria

UFA, 3 October 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Last weekend, the bailiffs of Bashkiria expelled 11 citizens of Uzbekistan from the republic. They violated immigration laws.

“All foreigners were found guilty by the court of committing an administrative offense under the article “Violation by a foreign citizen or a stateless person the entry regulations of the Russian Federation or the stay (residence) regime of the Russian Federation”, the Federal Bailiff Service Directorate for the Republic of Bashkortostan reports.

Since the beginning of 2018, 440 foreigners have been deported. In accordance with the law, violators of the migration regime are prohibited to enter the territory of the state within 5 years from the date of administrative expulsion.
