Bashkir and Chinese scientists will continue scientific cooperation

UFA, 27 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Scientists of Bashkortostan and the People's Republic of China will continue cooperation in the scientific sphere. This was discussed the day before during a visit of the delegation of the Academy of Sciences of Jiangxi Province of China to the Academy of Sciences RB. The delegation headed by the President of the Academy Xiong Shaoyuan included the heads of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Strategy, the Institute of Applied Physics, the Institute of Energy Resources, the heads of the structural divisions of the Academy.

In the course of the meeting, the President of the Academy of Sciences RB Alfis Gayazov, Vice President of the Academy of Sciences RB Raikhana Kunakova, Secretary of the Department of Chemical Technologies and New Materials of the Academy of Sciences RB Vladimir Dokichev discussed efficiency of conducting joint research projects and joint directions of scientific activity. The prospects of further cooperation within the framework of the current Cooperation Agreement between the Academies of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Jiangxi Province of China were considered. Earlier a meeting of representatives of the two Academies was held in 2014 - the year of signing the agreement also in Ufa, the Academy of Sciences RB reported.
