Rustem Khamitov held personal reception of citizens

UFA, 20 September 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Today in Ufa the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov held a personal reception of citizens. The Head of the Region discussed with the residents of the republic issues of culture, social sphere, and archives.

The head of the history department of the National Museum RB, Vera Makarova appealed to the Head of the region with a request to preserve the old historical building of the National Archive of the republic located at K. Marx Street. During the meeting, she also drew attention to the need of digitizing the archive fund, expand the area of the archive.

A resident of Ufa, a member of the Union of Writers and the Union of Journalists of Russia and Bashkortostan Farit Ahmadiev raised an issue of training fiction translation specialists from the Bashkir language into Russian and vice versa. He proposed to create a center for fiction translation in the republic, which would allow working more efficiently with Russian publishing houses and public associations.

A businesswoman from Ufa Alexandra Khisametdinova voiced proposals to create a unified concept and to improve the procedure of conducting the Sabantuy festivals outside of Bashkortostan.

Entrepreneurs Andrey Vereshchagin from Birsk, Ilnar Khabibov from Blagoveshchensk and Firuza Nasyrova from Neftekamsk shared their experience in providing outsourcing catering in social institutions. This meeting was a continuation of a special meeting that Rustem Khamitov held in June.

The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, republican ministries and departments, as well as heads of municipalities were given corresponding assignments following the reception.
