Ufa bicyclist travels alone to south of Burma

The cycling expedition of Ufa native Anton Sazonov "Children of the World" over Central and South-East Asia has been going on for 100 days. The Ufa traveler has overcome three-quarters of the way and continues his route.

Anton Sazonov left Ufa on June 12. Now, in mid-September, he is in the south of Burma and is preparing for the final leg of the journey. It will finish on the island of Bali in Indonesia.

As reported by Bashinform News Agency, during the expedition contacts with local schools are established to organize in the future friendship and communication with Ufa schoolchildren. Financing of the project is carried out through crowdfunding.

Anton Sazonov has already visited Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. In Ufa, a cycling traveler promises to deliver reports in Ufa schools and tell the children about his trip, about how their peers live and study in other countries. Let's remind, the traveler carries with himself letters of our children with invitations to become friends.

The Ufa native is accomplishing the whole route of the bicycle expedition from Ufa to the island of Bali in Indonesia, which is about 15 thousand kilometers, on his own, independently solving all organizational and technical issues along the way.

He is going to visit Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, and now the route of the expedition is always near the sea. The traveler plans to finish it and return home in about a month and a half.
