Rustem Khamitov: "Our concern is to be teachers, mentors for young people"

The head of the region, representatives of executive authorities, the largest employers of Bashkortostan in the format of open dialogue discussed with young people the issues of career guidance, employment, entrepreneurial activity, the demand for young professionals in various industries.

In his address to the forum participants, the head of the region touched upon the topic of vocational guidance and the choice of the future profession. According to Rustem Khamitov, this issue is relevant for the republic, since Bashkortostan is the youngest region in Volga Federal District from the point of view of an average age.

The head of the republic noted that teachers and mentors played a big role in the formation of the young man, the choice of the way forward.

"The world is constantly becoming more complicated. In this situation, a teacher should be beside a young man, a person who can correctly direct, define priorities", said Rustem Khamitov. "It is our concern to be teachers, mentors for our youth. Even financial support, all kinds of meetings, forums, venues will not play such a role as direct interaction, work with young people, staying next to them. "

However, the main role in choosing professional guidelines, according to the Head of Bashkortostan, belongs to the young people themselves.
