Earthquake was registered in Bashkiria - Emergency Situations Ministry

Early in the morning on Wednesday, September 5, an earthquake was recorded in the territory of Bashkiria. This was officially announced by the Ministry of Emergency Situations RB. In particular, earthquake shocks were observed in the city of Ufa, Salavat and Beloretsk regions.

"There are no threats to the population," the department specified.

According to TASS, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 occurred on Wednesday in the Urals, 133 km east of Ufa, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center reports. The outbreak is located at a depth of 10 kilometers. So far there are no reports of any destruction.
