In the first half of the week, with the arrival of a warm air mass in the territory of the region, an increase in air temperature during the night hours from 6-11 C to 10-15 C, and in the afternoon from 16-21 C to 23-28 C is expected. Isolated rains are expected. But the temperature rise will be short. On August 23, due to the cold front, the temperature will reach no more than 15-20 C in the daytime. In most areas, rains of varying intensity are expected, sometimes with thunderstorms with squally winds up to 15-20 m/s.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Center of Russia in the third decade of August, average daily air temperatures are expected to be 1-2 degrees above normal.
