Four children's polyclinics will be built in Bashkortostan in near future

UFA, 20 August 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. The construction and repair of children's medical facilities are continuing in the republic. The Minister of Health of Bashkortostan Anvar Bakirov informed about it at a briefing session in the Government RB. The report of the head of the regional Health Ministry was dedicated to the execution of the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation to equip children's hospitals with medical equipment and medical products, as well as reconstruction, repair, and construction of new children's hospitals.
Anvar Bakirov said that in 2018 the construction of a polyclinic for 250 visits per shift in the village of Verkhneyarkeevo was completed, which included a children's polyclinic designed for 70 visits.
Within the framework of the "One Hundred Facilities for the 100th Anniversary of the Republic" project, a construction of children's polyclinics in the cities of Tuimazy and Dyurtyuli began for 300 and 200 visits per shift, respectively. In addition, a project of a children's polyclinic for 200 visits per shift and an adult polyclinic for 400 visits per shift in the city of Birsk has begun to be developed.
369 million rubles were allocated for capital repairs of children's facilities. It will be held in 11 children's institutions. “The design and estimate documentation has been developed for all institutions,” said Anvar Bakirov. “The works are planned to be completed in December this year.”
482.6 million rubles were allocated for the purchase of medical equipment. It is planned to purchase more than 160 units of medical equipment for radiology, laboratory tests, artificial ventilation, as well as endoscopic, ophthalmic and ENT equipment. The new equipment will be delivered to 40 medical institutions.
Earlier, the Head of Bashkortostan, Rustem Khamitov, said that Bashkortostan had received federal subsidies of 293 million rubles to purchase medical equipment as part of the regional program on strengthening the technical base of children's polyclinics, which included 39 health facilities. 108 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget for these purposes.
“Moreover, financial resources in the amount of 297 million rubles were allocated by the Government RB for the overhaul repairs of the two largest children's institutions - the Republican Children's Clinical Hospital and the City Children's Clinical Hospital No. 17 of Ufa”, Rustem Khamitov stated.
