Bashkiria residents are invited to take part in "Let's Do It!" environmental campaign

UFA, 14 August 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Residents of Bashkortostan are invited to take part in the environmental campaign of the World Clean-up Day "Let's Do it!" – on September 15.

This is a public project, which goal is to unite society, government, media, and business as one team to clear the territories of debris and preserve the sustainable environment.

The team together with the Ministry of Ecology RB identified coordinators in each district and city of Bashkortostan. The involvement of local activists, which are ready to participate in cleaning up or even to organize them, continues. The goal is ambitious - to involve 200 thousand people in the clean-up.

On the day of the campaign, recyclables will be collected in the territory of Ufa. The proceeds will be donated to charity.
