Bashkortostan tourism potential will be presented in Japan

UFA, 9 August 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. In autumn 2018, a presentation of Bashkortostan tourism opportunities will take place in Japan. Rustem Khamitov, the Head of the Republic, said this during a meeting with Tokuro Furuya, Plenipotentiary Minister of the Japanese Embassy in Russia.

"In September, a presentation of the tourism potential of the Republic of Bashkortostan will be held in Japan. We will participate in this event. It is the all-Russian event, several subjects of the Russian Federation will be represented there", said Rustem Khamitov.

The Head of Bashkortostan also informed that on September 20, Bashkortostan would make its presentation at the Embassy of Japan in Moscow.

"We will present our tourist resources to the Japan businessmen, who will attend this event. Certainly, we hope that this presentation will go well", the head of the region marked.

"This is a good opportunity to tell Japanese businessmen about your republic, its attractiveness", Tokuru Furuya said.

2018 is declared the Year of Japan in Russia and the Year of Russia in Japan. The main goal of the cross-year organization is to develop and strengthen the Russian-Japanese relations.
