Airborne Forces Day was celebrated at Zabelsky Ufa airfield

UFA, 3 August 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Rozaliya Valeeva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Traditional festive events dedicated to the Day of Airborne Forces were held at the "Zabelsky" airfield in Ufa.

Guests of the holiday saw demonstration performances by paratroopers and L-39 attack aircrafts from the aerobatics group "Rus" (Vyazma) and pilots of the local flying club "Silver Wings".

There were demonstration performances of Airborne Forces veterans, as well as various quizzes, competitions and sports.

Pilots performed aerobatics figures in the sky: "Spin", "Barrel-Roll", "Dead Loop", etc.

The attack team demonstrated a seizure of the "terrorists" nominal base. All this was accompanied by a costume show with shots and smoke.
