Wedding boom is expected for August 18 in Bashkiria

UFA, 2 August 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Alfiya Agliullina/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. A wedding boom is expected for 18.08.2018 in Bashkiria. According to the State Committee RB for Justice Affairs, many couples try to find a "beautiful date" for registering their marriage. Thus, on August 18, 751 applications were filed for the state registration of marriage in the republic. Of these, 200 marriages will be registered in Ufa.

The greatest number of applications from future bride-couples was submitted to the registry office of the Kirov district of Ufa. 37 solemn wedding ceremonies are planned for August 18 there. The second place was taken by department of the Registry Office of Kalinin district - 32 applications. The third place was shared by the departments of the Lenin and Soviet districts - in each of them 30 couples will register their marriage.

The city of Salavat with 35 applications for marriage, Beloretsk district and Beloretsk city -27 applications are the leaders among other cities of the republic. Among the regions of the republic, the Sterlitamak district hit the records - 17 applications.

185 applications for state registration of marriage were filed for August 8, 2018, despite the fact that this day falls on Wednesday.

Since the beginning of the year, 10,094 marriages have been registered in the republic.
