Tourist flow from Russia to Turkey reached record levels

UFA, 3 July 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Since the beginning of this year, 1.9 million Russians have visited Antalya. This is by almost 40% more compared to the same period of the last year. "Interfax" with reference to the Hürriyet publication informs that the tourist flow from Russia has reached record levels.

In June almost 827,000 Russian tourists came to Antalya (+ 28.5% compared to June 2017). It is reported that just from January to June 2018, 4.9 million foreign tourists came to Turkey. This is by 40% more than in the same period of the last year. The flow of tourists from Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Ukraine, Finland, Denmark, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Israel has grown also.
