Every year Bashkortostan labor market is becoming more civilized - Rustem Khamitov

Thus, since 2015, almost 200 thousand people have officially registered labor relations. In 2017, 233 organizations repaid debts on wages to employees for more than 1 billion rubles.

The head of the republic noted that the joint work with the prosecutor's office, the State Labor Inspectorate, the Pension Fund, as well as the administrations of the municipal districts and city districts, assisted in eliminating wage arrears.

"I also would like to express my gratitude to the parties of the social partnership system, which this year marks 25 years. It is important that many issues related to the labor market development, the protection of labor rights of citizens, are resolved through negotiations, consultations, that employers, the best of them, are quite forthcoming, adopt social programs. Every year the labor market is becoming more civilized, and entrepreneurship is socially responsible", Rustem Khamitov said.
