Russian regions with plus-size brides are named

For this purpose, the service specialists have calculated the number of wedding gowns for brides and their sizes. As a result, it turned out that the largest number of petite brides lives in Bashkortostan: the most common size in the region is XS (40-42) and S. Demand for large sizes - such as XXL and higher - is only 1.7% in Ufa.

Most of all plus-size girls, who are going to get married, live in Siberia. The biggest demand for the XXL size was recorded in Novosibirsk and Tyumen (2.6%). Dresses of 46-48 (L), 48-50 (XL) - and the same XXL (over 50th) sizes are very popular in Omsk. Voronezh entered the top three in terms of chubby brides.

According to the resource, demand for wedding gowns for the past year has grown by 28.6%. A real wedding boom was noted in Volgograd, where demand for the wedding gears jumped 90.6% at once. Ufa with a gain of 50.5% and Moscow (almost + 42%) take the second place. S and M sizes are the most popular, about 40% of brides are looking for them, Life.ru reports.
