Rustem Khamitov met with Honored Art Worker of Russia Yuli Gusman

Today, in the House of the Republic the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation, member of the Committee of Civil Initiatives Yuli Gusman. He takes part in an awarding ceremony of winners of the "Civil Initiative" National Award regional stage in Ufa.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of the republican social and political development, support of cultural projects, and public initiatives.

The Committee of Civil Initiatives is a community of experts who have united around the idea of modernizing the country and strengthening democratic institutions. An initiative group of Russian politicians, economists, scientists and culture headed by Alexei Kudrin put forward a statement about its creation in 2012.

Since 2017, the Kudrin Foundation for the Development of Civil Initiatives has supported the activities of the Committee. The Foundation is the organizer and administrator of the Committee's research, information, analytical and advisory work.
