Ufa entered Top Ten Russian cities with highest prices for existing housing

UFA, 29 May 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/. Ufa and Kazan entered the top ten cities in Russia with the most expensive prices for existing housing in April 2018, according to "Real Time" referring to the Domofond.ru data.

Ufa ranked 10th in the list, last year it was on the 11th. The cost per square meter of housing in the secondary market was 65.49 thousand rubles (+ 5.1% compared to April 2017) in the capital of Bashkortostan in April.

Kazan is in the ninth place, with the price per square meter of the existing housing of 70.83 thousand rubles.

The top 10, except for Kazan and Ufa, also includes Vladivostok, Balashikha, Sevastopol, Khabarovsk, and Yekaterinburg.

Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi are traditionally the leaders of the rating.
