300 seedlings of coniferous trees will be planted on All-Russian Forest Planting Day in Ufa

UFA, 11 May 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Leila Aralbaeva/. Bashkortostan will join the "All-Russian Forest Planting Day" campaign. The event will be held by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Bashkortostan as part of the Volunteer Year and in order to preserve, restore and multiply the national forest potential.

In the period from May 3 to 19, the campaign takes place in all the forest districts of the republic with the involvement of volunteers, schoolchildren, students, administrations of municipalities, public organizations, local people and the media.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the park named after G.Rutto will be the main venue of the ecological campaign on May 12, 2018.

During the All-Russian Forest Planting Day on May 12, it is planned to plant about 300 seedlings of coniferous species, mostly pine, brought from the Arkhangelsk, Sterlitamak and Ufa forestry enterprises.

The members of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, members of the administration of the head of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, deputies of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, employees of the administration of the Soviet district of Ufa, Ufa forestry, Ufa forestry technical school, Ufa lemon greenhouse and employees of the Ministry of Forestry RB will take part in the campaign.
