UFA, 20 April 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. During online conversation with the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, which took place in Ufa yesterday, Rustem Khamitov told about new health facilities that would be built in Bashkiria in the coming years.
"This year we received additional revenues: 16.5 billion rubles. This is a profit tax from the funds that Bashneft has seized from JSFC Sistema. "
"We are going to build more than a dozen of major healthcare facilities worth 12.5-13 billion rubles", Rustem Khamitov said. "In 2019 a new building of the cancer detection center will be put into operation, where today the situation is quite complicated. The next year a two-billion object will be commissioned and I hope the situation will improve in the oncology center".
Another facility mentioned by the head of the republic was a cardiology center. As Rustem Khamitov said, heart diseases, blood vessels diseases – are among the priority ones.
"A new complex with an area of 36 thousand square meters worth nearly six billion rubles will be built. It will be equipped with the most modern technology, with state-of-the-art surgery rooms and equipment. This year we should start its construction", Rustem Khamitov said.
In 2018, a construction of two children's polyclinics in the cities of Dyurtyuli and Tuymazy will also begin. The cost of each is 400 million rubles.
In 2019, a construction of the obstetric building will start in the city of Birsk. It will also include a polyclinic. The total cost of facilities in this city is about 800 million rubles.
A major public health facility worth 2 billion rubles will appear in the Kuvatov Republican Clinical Hospital - a new polyclinic.
A new surgical building will be built in Uchaly. In Ufa, new buildings will appear in Infectious Diseases Hospital No.4 (for children), in the Maternity Hospital No.3.
A surgical building will be overhauled in the city of Oktyabrsky.
In addition, in 2018 a billion rubles will be allocated for the repair of all health facilities.
Speaking about the work of polyclinics, Rustem Khamitov noted that the republic was moving to a new format "Lean Polyclinic".
“Our society deserves high-quality public health”, the Head of the Republic stressed.
"Without modern health care, without modern hospitals and clinics, we will not be able to achieve the goal set by the President of the Russian Federation. In 2030, the expected life expectancy in the country should reach 80 years.”
The head of Bashkortostan also added that people should take care of their health, keep a healthy lifestyle.
