Unusual visuals will be displayed on giant thermometer in Ufa

UFA, 12 April 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. In Ufa, commissioning of a giant thermometer is being completed on the boiler room chimney in Mendeleev Street. Now tests are carried out on illumination, thus the lighting of the thermometer will be switched on in the morning and not at night.

On April 12 at 21.00 it is planned to switch on unusual lighting for about an hour: monitors installed along the entire perimeter of the chimney will show a specially prepared video series dedicated to the Day of Cosmonautics. It is planned to launch running letters: "Happy Cosmonautics Day" and show a launch of the rocket.

The interactive media installation was created on a chimney with a height of 120 meters. The 120-meter media-thermometer is visible from three sides and will show the actual air temperature - an update will occur every half hour.
