Mars and Saturn conjunction can be observed in sky above Bashkiria

UFA, 2 April 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Alfiya Agliullina/. These days, a conjunction of Mars and Saturn can be observed in the sky above Bashkiria. According to the information of the Ufa City Planetarium, on April 2, Mars will pass 1.3 degrees south of Saturn at 16.52, local time. At this moment, the planets will be under the horizon. But their close location can be seen in the morning in the first days of the month. The planets will be visible before sunrise, low above the southern horizon in the constellation of Sagittarius. Their distinctive feature is a bright shine.

The planets are rising in the early morning in the southeast: Saturn at 03.30, and Mars by 10 minutes later.
