All-Russian campaign #Locked was launched in social networks after Kemerovo tragedy
UFA, 28 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Ksenia Kalinina/. All-Russian campaign #Zaperto (Locked) was started in social networks. According to the "Izvestia " newspaper, the purpose of the flashmob is to prevent events similar to a fire in the Kemerovo shopping center "Zimnyaya Vishnya".
Participants of the campaign are offered to report about all the places where emergency exits are closed, upload their addresses with photos, indicating the hashtag #Locked.
The publication reports that the residents of Krasnoyarsk initiated the flash mob. Communities from Yekaterinburg and Rostov have already joined them.
As informed by the Bashinform News Agency, residents of the capital of Bashkortostan gathered in Ufa Yakutov Park on March 27 to pay tribute to the memory of those killed in the fire at the "Zimnyaya Vishnya" shopping mall in Kemerovo.
Vladimir Putin signed a decree declaring mourning on March 28. On the day of mourning, the national flags of the Russian Federation will fly half-mast throughout the country. Cultural institutions and TV and radio companies are offered to cancel recreational activities and programs.
In Bashkiria theaters and concert halls canceled performances.
