Russia declared mourning for death of people in Kemerovo

UFA, 27 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galiya Nabieva/. Vladimir Putin signed a decree declaring mourning on March 28 in connection with the death of people in the fire in Kemerovo.

On March 25, a fire broke out in the "Zimnyaya Vishnya" shopping and entertainment mall in the city of Kemerovo, which led to serious consequences. 64 people were killed, including many children. Currently, the search for six people, which, according to their relatives, can be located in the building of the shopping mall, is going on.

On the day of mourning, the national flags of the Russian Federation will fly half-mast throughout the country.

Cultural institutions and TV and radio companies are offered to cancel recreational activities and programs.

The Head of State instructed the Government of the Russian Federation, together with the state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, to take necessary measures to provide assistance to the families of the victims and the injured.

In Bashkiria theaters and concert halls canceled performances.
