Rustem Khamitov met with co-investors representative of "Milovsky Park"

UFA, 21 March 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/. During a personal reception of citizens, the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov met with a representative of the initiative group of equity construction investors of Milovsky Park residential complex Ilvira Kulikova, who asked to take measures to resume construction of the complex.

She said that at present about 350 apartments are occupied, but people, in fact, live in the construction site. There are no communications, no infrastructure, no garbage collection, no even cellular communication there.

In January of this year, construction and installation works of three houses in the 10th quarter were resumed. It is planned to complete construction of the residential complex with participation of a new developer. Gosstroy RB (State Construction Committee) closely cooperates with co-investors, informs them about the progress of work and options for the current situation solution.

In a telephone conversation with the vice-premier - chairman of the Gosstroy RB Andrei Trukhan, Rustem Khamitov discussed possible deadlines for resolving this issue. According to the head of the department already in 2018, it is planned to start the construction of five or six new houses, and in 2020, basically to complete the project.

"We will do everything we can", stressed Rustem Khamitov.

The Head of the Region told about the plans for the complex infrastructure development. It has already been decided to build a modern school in the neighborhood. In the future, there will be a kindergarten. As a result of the conversation, the head of the republic instructed the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the administration of the Ufa district to take control of all issues related to the Milovsky Park construction resumption and its infrastructure development.
