On February 12 and 13, light occasional snow is expected. The wind will be northern, northeastern and moderate. The air temperature at night will be -15, -20 C, dropping to -23, -28 C during the bright intervals, in the daytime -8, -13 C, in places down to -16 C.

On Saint Valentine's Day, February 14, the weather will be mostly dry. The wind will be northern, northeastern 3-8 m/s. The air temperature at night will be -15, -20 C, in places -25, -30 C, in the daytime -8, -13 C, in places up to -16 C.
