Bashkiria will host aeronautics festival for first time

UFA, 12 February 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Olga Murtazina/. In Bashkiria, the Samrau Aeronautics Festival will start on February 20 on Bannoe Lake, the Russian Event Award informs. "A program has been developed for children and adults on the launch site for participants of the flights, balloon rides, a concert, and in the evening a show-installation with luminous balls," said the organizer of the unique event, the head of the development department of the Yakty-Kul spa resort Salavat Nafikov.

The central event of the festival is scheduled for February 21: 10 balloons will fly over the Ural Mountains. The length of the route is 170 km above the reserved places. Photo and video shooting will be conducted throughout the way. The journey will take 7-8 hours. Each crew will have a pilot, photographer, videographer, blogger or journalist. They will conduct an online broadcast on social networks.

A particular attention is paid to security, the project manager said: balloons are equipped with satellite phones and trackers, equipment for extreme situations, and crew members will be instructed.
