Number of Bashkiria residents moved to other regions is announced

UFA, 9 February 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/. In 2017, 53.6 thousand residents of Bashkortostan left the republic. 51 thousand people resettled to Bashkiria. About 93 thousand more people migrated inside the republic, Bashkortostan Statistics Agency reports.

The total migration loss in the region in the past year was -2 607 people. In January-December 2016, the decrease was -7 390 people.

According to statistics, migration growth was observed in 2017 in seven municipal districts and in three urban districts of Bashkortostan - Ufa, Neftekamsk and Sibay.
