Frosts are increasing in Bashkiria toward end of week

Moderately frosty weather accompanied by occasional light snow is expected in the western periphery of the Siberian anticyclone in Bashkortostan in the coming days. By the end of the week, frosts will intensify, the republican Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring informs.

On January 24 and 25 it will be -13, -18 C at night, in spots -23, -28 C, in the afternoon reaching -7, -12 C, in some places -15, -20 degrees.

According to the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, in the third decade of January in the territory of Bashkortostan, the average daily air temperature is expected to be about the norm, in the east of the republic - 1-3 degrees below the norm.
