"The Future" social forum of Volga Federal District is held in Ufa

UFA, 23 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Gulfiya Akulova/. "The Future" social forum of the Volga Federal District is held in Ufa. The event is held by the Union of Social Educators and Social Workers in all federal districts of Russia with the aim of forming the image of the future social sector of the country.

Experts from the Samara, Orenburg, Penza regions, and the republics of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, and Udmurtia gathered at the Congress Hall. The core of the forum was a strategic session "The image of the Future Social Sphere of Russia. Social Support and Social Services". At the discussion panels representatives of the public, professional community, legislative and executive authorities, business and non-profit sector, recipients of social services considered topics affecting important areas of society: poverty alleviation, social projects in rural areas, digitalization of the social sphere, rights of people with disabilities to opportunities equal with other citizens, youth employment, fair pay.

More than 20 regulations of the future were formed; four regulations of the present were rated on the panel "Equal Rights - Equal Opportunities".

"Later, worthy projects from all the territorial districts of Russia will be united at the final forum in Moscow, where ready-made solutions will be already taken. Now we can say with confidence that the social sphere is becoming more and more significant in the development of the country, "noted the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Protection of Bashkortostan Lenara Ivanova.

After Ufa similar social forums will be held in Rostov-on-Don (January 25-26), in Yekaterinburg (February 1-2), Pyatigorsk (February 5-6), Ulan-Ude (February 13-15), Vladivostok (21- February 22). The All-Russian Social Forum "The Future" will be held in Moscow on March 1-2, 2018.
