Ufa-Novosibirsk flight was delayed due to 40-degree frosts

UFA, 22 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency, Natalia Ovcharuk/. A flight to Novosibirsk was delayed for more than six hours at the Ufa Airport on January 22. According to the press service of the air hub of the capital of Bashkortostan, this is due to 40-degree frosts in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District.

"The plane took off at 13:19 local time. The scheduled departure was scheduled for 06:50", TASS quotes the press service of the airport.

The plane of the Yamal airline will first fly to Nizhnevartovsk. Now, according to the agency, passengers and luggage check-in procedure is going on there. Then the aircraft will depart to Novosibirsk.

According to the Khanty-Mansiysk Center for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, now the thermometer bars in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District have dropped to -42 degrees Celsius.
