Vladimir Putin plunged into font on Lake Seliger

UFA, 19 January 2018. /Bashinform News Agency/. Russian President Vladimir Putin celebrated the Epiphany in the Tver Region, where he visited the Nilo-Stolobensky Monastery. He visited a part of the liturgy and plunged into the ice-hole on Lake Seliger. According to the press secretary Dmitry Peskov, this year there are no traditional severe frosts during Epiphany in central Russia, so "the temperature in the lake area did not drop below -6 -7 C at night".
