Rustem Khamitov: "We have our brand – it is Bashkir honey"

UFA, 28 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. According to Rustem Khamitov, Bashkir honey is an actual brand of our republic. The Head of Bashkortostan said this at a meeting with representatives of the republican and municipal media.

Answering the question about possible brands of the region, Rustem Khamitov noted that it should appear naturally, and should not be created artificially.

"I do not believe in the power of brands, because a brand still should not be something artificial. This is a natural state", said the Head of the Region.

The Head of the Republic reminded that at one time the brands of Sterlitamak, Birsk, Beloretsk had been developed.

"Unfortunately, our compatriot Denis Vizgalov, who professionally dealt with these issues, died. He would have helped us very much with it", Rustem Khamitov said.

According to the Head of the Region, the republic already has a formed brand. This is our Bashkir honey.

"We have our brand - Bashkir honey. It is very good. I am happy with it. It’s sweet, good, tasty, immediately brings people together,” stressed Rustem Khamitov. "This is a natural, established brand, existing for decades. It is excellent that it is available. Professionals know us through Bashkir oil, and everybody knows us through Bashkir honey. It’s great. What else can we make up there?
