Residents of Bashkiria large cities prefer electronic interaction with authorities

Residents of the cities of Ufa, Sterlitamak, Salavat and Ufa district prefer to resolve their issues by contacting the authorities through the "Electronic Reception" website. This is reported by the State Committee RB for IT Development.

For the current year, more than 15,000 applications have been received from Ufa residents, residents of Sterlitamak have applied to the Internet reception office more than a thousand times, residents of Salavat and Ufa district more than 500 times.

For the outgoing year 2017, the total number of applications was 29.5 thousand, in 2016 26.5 thousand, in 2015 - almost 24 thousand.

The website is known not only in the republic, residents of regions use it too. Applications were also received from abroad - the USA, Germany, Estonia, Uzbekistan, Lithuania.

"The "Electronic Reception" website is one of the 11 websites of the "Open Republic" system. Its main advantage is access to all ministries and departments of Bashkortostan.
