Rustem Khamitov signed decree on measures to improve large families support

UFA, 21 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed a decree on measures to improve social support of large families in the republic.

The document was signed in order to implement the "May" decrees of the President of Russia, as well as create additional conditions for the development and strengthening of the family, stimulating the birth rate.

According to the Decree, starting from January 1, 2018, large families whose average per capita income does not exceed the subsistence level for children, a monthly cash payment of 8,993 rubles is established for each child born in 2018 as a third or subsequent child up to three years of age.

The Government of Bashkortostan is instructed to determine the terms and procedure for granting a monthly cash payment.

Information on its provision will be placed in the Unified State Information System for Social Security.
