Weather forecasters promise warm weekend with snow in Bashkortostan

UFA, 18 December 2017. /Bashinform News Agency, Elmira Sabirova/. First month of the calendar winter is coming to an end, but so far the lack of snowfall is observed.

As reported by the Meteorological Center of Russia, precipitation in the form of snow is expected in the coming weekend, on December 23 and 24. On Saturday and Sunday in the capital of Bashkiria it will be cloudy, little snow is forecasted. At night it will drop to eight degrees of frost, in the afternoon from -3 to -6 C. The wind will be east and south-west, 2/4 meters per second.

Weather forecasters do not yet say when a full snowfall comes at the republic. Currently due to the anticyclone, a probability of precipitation is expected to be minimal.

Speaking about the weather in the coming days, experts of Bashkir Met Office note that the night temperatures will reach -15, -20 C, in the east of the republic -25, -30 C, in the daytime from -6 to -19 C. Traditionally cold weather will remain in the east and south-east regions at night -24, -29 C, in the daytime -14, -19 C. At the same time, the wind will be variable and gentle.
