"It is you, dear mothers, who through communication and games, through household chores and walks slowly, painstakingly accustom our children to work and order, to responsiveness and charity, responsibility for their actions, cultivate in them love for their native city or village and, in finally, for our great Motherland. "

The head of the republic marked their noble mission connected with birth and upbringing of children.

"Not only well-being of family and children, but also the future of our republic and all of Russia depends on you, our dear mothers", Rustem Khamitov said.
