Children from large families will receive New Year gifts in Bashkortostan

UFA, 8 November 2017. /Bashinform News Agency/. In Bashkortostan, children from large families will receive New Year's gifts. This is stated in the decree signed by the Head of the region Rustem Khamitov "On celebration of the New Year 2018 in the Republic of Bashkortostan".

According to the document, the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the New Year's events together with the relevant ministries and departments were instructed to purchase New Year's gifts to children under age of 14 from families with five or more children, and to provide financial assistance to orphans and children left without parental care studying at professional educational organizations.

Administrations of districts and cities are recommended to provide New Year's gifts to children with disabilities, orphans and children left without parental care, who are brought up in children's homes, orphanages, social shelters and boarding schools at the expense of their own and attracted funds.
