Ufa native is included in World's 100 Most Powerful Women

The Ufa-born woman, now the Head of the Central Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina was included in the rating of the most powerful women in the world according to the Forbes version. The Head of the Central Bank took the 49th line. Another Russian woman on this list is Margarita Simonyan, Russia Today's editor-in-chief, she took the 52nd position.

Last year Elvira Nabiullina took the 56th line and was the only representative of Russia in the rating.

Last year's leadership was retained by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, followed by British Prime Minister Teresa Mei, on the third line - American entrepreneur and philanthropist Melinda Gates, wife of Microsoft founder Bill Gates.

American TV presenter Oprah Winfrey took the 21st place, the singer Beyonce – the 50th.
