Designer from Bashkortostan took part in Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week in Moscow

Fashion collections by Russian designers of the SPRING-SUMMER-2018 season were shown in Moscow within the prestigious Fashion Week of Eastern Europe - Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week. Among them there was the first collection by ZIYA, authored by Ziya Garaz, a Moscow designer fr om Bashkortostan. She showed a line of clothes "The Thousand and One Nights".

Ziya Garaz was born in the city of Beloretsk, graduated from the Ufa Technological Institute of Service as a clothing designer and technologist, then lived in the cities of Magnitogorsk and Kogalym for a long time. She opened her first fashion shop for sewing fashionable clothes under the ZIYA name in Kogalym, participated in contests, international biennale in Khanty-Mansiysk, Nizhnevartovsk and other cities wh ere she was noticed by Vyacheslav Zaitsev, who came to the competitions as the chairman of the jury.

Today Ziya Garaz lives in Moscow and sets a goal to turn the name of his former fashion shop into a memorable brand. The show at the Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week in Moscow was the first release of her collection of women's clothing made from velvet.
